In the banquet, we prepare traditional dishes of Nagoya, NAGOYA-MESHI, made of local ingredients and condiments. Banquet participants will be able to enjoy the popular food culture of Nagoya City. For example, the following dishes are served.
- TEBASAKI: spicy fried chicken wings
- MISO-KATSU: deep fried pork cutlets covered in rich miso sauce
- KISHI-MEN: flat noodles with clear soup
Agriculture is thriving in Aichi Prefecture where Nagoya city is located. Therefore, we also serve delicious vegetable dishes a lot. In addition, we are going to arrange tasty Japanese alcoholic beverage, SAKE, and beer and wine. The delicious dishes and drinks must promote friendly exchange among participants.
